Delete your TESS account

You can permanently delete your account directly in TESS:

1. Sign in to your TESS account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm your password and select Delete account again.

This removes your Firebase Authentication account, TESS profile, favourites, contacts, call history, calls you participated in, moments you uploaded, and locally saved profile data. Deletion is permanent.

If you cannot access the app, email baadueric@gmail.com. Include the email address used for TESS and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
